Pushes a new LayoutWidget builder to this builders layout stack. This child layout will appear as a "sub-pane" next to the main popup in the direction specified.
This child will add to the overall dimensions of the popup and will affect the positioning of the "group"
Remember to call popChildLayout for every push!
